For projects that require professional design, testing, or licensed surveying, those requirements remain with the appropriate professionals. BRT performs the construction work within the agreed scope and supplied project requirements.

Site and Pad Preparation

Excavation and grading can be coordinated with site preparation and site pad building. Depending on the site, this may involve preparing the work area, cutting or filling, shaping the pad, placing base material, and compaction. We identify the included tasks in the estimate so you and your contractor understand what will be ready for the next trade.

Access Routes, Base and Material Placement

We also prepare access routes and working areas for property use and construction. Work may include excavation, grading, base preparation, gravel or other specified material placement, and compaction.
