We can take on complete projects or handle a defined part of a project while working alongside Public Works, engineers, and other contractors.

Share the site location, plans and elevations available, scope of work, access requirements, and schedule. We review the construction tasks, materials, coordination needs, and any project specifications before preparing an estimate. If site conditions or requirements change, we discuss the effect on our scope with your project team.

Precision Field Services and Professional Coordination

Our Precision Field Services for GNSS/GIS mapping and construction documentation help teams organize existing-condition information, visible infrastructure assets, completed improvements, and project records. Construction layout support uses plans and project information supplied by the client or their design professionals.

These services do not establish property boundaries and do not replace licensed surveying, engineering, or required utility locating. BRT does not provide boundary surveys, set property corners, or certify professional design. We coordinate with the appropriate licensed professionals when your project requires their services.
