Access Roads & Gravel Improvements

Create or restore a practical gravel surface for parking areas, access roads, equipment areas, and other property improvements. BRT Land Services provides gravel installation, material placement, grading, and repairs in Adkins and the San Antonio area.

We discuss how the area will be used, expected traffic, existing surface conditions, and drainage before recommending material and preparation work. Your estimate identifies the work area, material assumptions, and included preparation.

Gravel Access Roads and Ranch Access

We prepare and improve gravel access roads for ranches, properties, and worksites. The scope may include shaping the route, preparing the base, placing road base or gravel, grading, and compaction. We consider delivery access and the vehicles or equipment expected to use the route.

Where appropriate, work can include crowning or shaping the surface to support drainage. If a crossing needs separate work, we can discuss culvert installation and repair. Any required design, approvals, or specifications should be established before construction.

Parking and Equipment Areas

Gravel and road base can also provide usable space for parking, equipment, and construction activity. We review the area, intended loads, ground conditions, and material requirements before defining the work. Preparation may include excavation and grading, followed by material placement and compaction within the agreed scope.

Repairing Ruts, Washouts and Worn Gravel

For existing gravel areas, we assess uneven spots, displaced material, and surface wear. Depending on the condition, work may include reshaping, regrading, adding material, and compaction.

Ruts and washouts may involve more than a thin surface layer. We review visible drainage paths and the condition of the existing base so the estimate addresses the work needed in the affected area. We explain whether the proposed work is a localized repair or broader restoration.
